You will be expected to know:
the historical and cultural influences that may have made an impact on the development of the art movement.
the stylistic characteristics of Cubism
the difference between analytic and synthetic cubism
the names of key artists in the movement (mentioned in class)
the concepts and processes that we used while making our portraits.
You will also be expected to compare and contrast a Cubist artwork with a non Cubist artwork in essay form by using appropriate art vocabulary.
